Personnel competitiveness from the point of view of motivation

Today the competitiveness of employees in organizations and on the labor market is important, while one of the key factors in the development of employee competitiveness is increasing motivation. The article describes the relationship between motivation and competitiveness of employees, provides methods and ways to increase motivation and, as a consequence, the competitiveness of employees in organizations and in the labor market.
