Competition of professional skill as a means of vocational and social adaptation for people with disabilities and limited possible health

The article is devoted to the organization and conduct of professional skills competitions for people with disabilities and limited possible health in Russia, including championships Abilympics. The goals and objectives, forms of tenders are described. The experience of regional Abilympics championships conducted by Chelyabinsk State University in Chelyabinsk region in 2015 and 2016 is showed. The basic risks in the organization and conduct of such competitions and the ways to overcome them are revealed.
