Constitutional and legal foundations for ensuring socio-economic human rights in the context of the experience of the Federative Republic of Brazil

The article presents a legal analysis of the constitutional guarantees that form the basis of the socio-economic policy of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The study takes into account the latest regulatory changes both in the founding document itself and in related sources aimed at revealing the stated topic. The author analyzes a number of constitutional standards related to the support of low-income families, determines the importance of economic reforms for the modern state structure of the Republic, and also draws a conclusion about current problems and prospects for national regulation.
