The article examines the role of organizational culture in shaping and sustaining employees’ psychological wellbeing in the context of increasing professional demands and socio-economic instability. It argues that the characteristics of the corporate environment function both as risk factors for professional burnout and as protective resources for its prevention. The study analyzes key structural components of organizational culture - managerial practices, recognition and feedback systems, communication patterns, psychological safety, and work-life balance - and their impact on employees’ emotional state, motivation, and engagement. Special attention is given to the relationship between work engagement and mental health indicators. It is demonstrated that a supportive corporate culture contributes to reducing emotional exhaustion, strengthening employees’ sense of professional value, and fostering intrinsic motivation. The paper systematizes contemporary research findings and best practices in organizational transformation aimed at developing conscious leadership, flexible work arrangements, and comprehensive wellbeing programs. The conclusion emphasizes that investment in a human-centered corporate culture should be viewed not only as an element of corporate social responsibility but also as a strategic factor in increasing productivity, reducing staff turnover, and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
