Corporate culture as an instrument of the enterprise restructuring

Using the «magic triangle» of an enterprise the author shows how the corporate culture is connected with the property of the enterprise adaptation to the constant changes of its competitive environment. He proves that the corporate culture is one of the instruments favouring the successful enterprise restructuring. The corporate culture is analyzed as the environment providing either the conversion of an employee into «the person of the Company» or his «extrusion» from the enterprise.
