The post-industrial society is characterized by developing information technologies and communications, plebeization, globalization of the economy. The embodiment of such processes has become a corporate university. The article reviews, that these universities have additional objectives - the maintenance and the development of corporate culture, the creation of ideological base. The meaning`s field support the necessary philosophy of corporation. In this case, the desire to fill the corporate potential with «human» content become important.
