Correction of the disorders of central hemodynamic in early postoperative period in oncologic patients

The aim of our investigation was individualization of postoperative diagnosis and correction of central hemodynamics in patients undergoing surgical interventions for cancer. We examined 144 patients, of whom 101 (70.1%) males and 43 (29,9%) female. Age of patients ranged from 18 to 82 years. Hemodynamic parameters (cardiac index, stroke index, total peripheral vascular resistance index of mechanical work of the left ventricle, left ventricular filling pressure) were measured by the central rheography before surgery and daily during the early postoperative period. As a result, we identified 12 different types of blood circulation and have developed an algorithm pharmacological correction. Application of the individual correction scheme allowed significantly reduce the amount of hemodynamic complications.
