Correction of hepatic failure in white rats at acute CCl4-hepatitis by Tibetan remedy "Manushitan"

This article presents the results of research n pharmacоtherapeutical effectiveness of phytoremedy of Tibetan Medicine - «manushitan» at experimental CCl4-hepatitis. It has been revealed that the test remedy containing elfwort, Sophora yellowish, ginger and medicinal elder black, has a hepatoprotective effect on acute toxic hepatitis in white rats by inhibiting lipid peroxidation of cellular and subcellular membranes, stimulating regenerative processes in the liver.
