A Bianchi type II cosmological model with rotation and expansion has been built. The model describes the Friedmannian stage of the Universe evolution with a following transition to accelerated exponential expansion, observed nowadays. The gravitational sources of the model are ultra relativistic matter, dust and co-moving anisotropic rotating dark energy. The Wheeler-DeWitt equation has been built, the tunneling coefficient is observed.
