The author presents a retrospective historical and linguistic analysis of one of the best works of Martin Luther - a reformer who led the movement for a return to early Christian principles of faith and salvation - “Shorter Catechism” (1529), which story of creation reflects a didactic and educational character of the author’s activity and the catechistic practice itself restored by Reformation.
