Free access

The article discusses the features of forming a strategic partnership between the banking sector and the hospitality industry in the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The necessity of transitioning from traditional lending models to comprehensive integration formats of interaction, which implies a synergistic effect for all participants, is substantiated. The current trends in the development of the tourism industry, including government support measures, investment activity in traditional resort areas, and the potential of the Azov Sea coast, are analyzed. The author's concept of a strategic alliance between a bank and a hotel is proposed, with an architecture based on three interconnected principles: financial and investment, technological, and business synergies. The expected effects for the state, region, bank, and hotelier are identified, and key implementation limitations related to macroeconomic conditions and a shortage of management personnel are identified. The article concludes that the proposed partnership format can become an effective tool for attracting investments and accelerating the development of tourism and recreational infrastructure in new regions.
