Structural elements of professional communication competence are discussed. Development levels of professional communication competence are characterized to include partial reproductive, reproductive, reproductive productive and productive levels. The complex of criteria that provide qualitative and quantitative measurement of the changes in the development levels of the studied competence: the development degree of cognitive intellectual skills, development degree of social perception skills, development degree of organizational activity skills and development degree of technological skills. It is shown that team work influences the development of social perception and management activity skills of higher school students.
