Criteria-based readiness instruments to innovative activities of future specialists of the sphere of state administration

The article deals with the substantiation of the necessity of the development of the professional readiness of the future state officials to the innovative activities. There are characterized the motivation and value, intellectual and informational, procedural and pragmatist, reflexive and analytic readiness criteria. There are defined the indicators of each criteria. There are revealed the readiness levels of future specialists of the sphere of state administration to innovative activities.
