Philologists-students' Pedagogical designing during teaching practice: criteria of readiness

The article covers the problem of formation of a philology student's readiness for the project technology organization. The readiness is treated as a complex integrative future teacher personality quality, who will be able to adapt easily to new working conditions in an educational establishment.
