Cross-cultural management - from classics to modernity

Globalization processes are associated not only with the transformation of economic processes, often based on the dominance of trans-national companies and large supranational structures, but also on active social processes associated with various types of migration of different nationalities and races. Such processes have a significant impact both on major social processes, and on issues of management within companies, because they require the solution of issues related to the specifics of cross-cultural management.
