The article shows that the learner-centered and activity-focused approach can be the only basis of the holistic pedagogical model of development of preschool children’s international communication culture. The author discusses the associative-speech training of children in the modern preschool pedagogics as an effective method of development of preschool children’s dialogic speech and communicative competences.
