The interaction of education subjects is proved to be the reserve for solving many topical multifaceted pedagogical problems such as the task of preparing students to choose their professional career. The concept of education subjects interaction is considered, its characteristics are defined. The concept is applied to the problem of interaction between the subjects of education in preparing students to choose their professional career. The characteristics of criteria and indicators of quality of education subjects interaction at the administrative, professional and pedagogical, educational and pedagogical levels are given. The connection of education subjects interaction with the concept of education subjects cultural relations are shown, where the education subjects cultural relations are interpreted as the result of achieving high quality of interaction between the subjects of education and based on a study of the semantic concepts in the field of pedagogical sciences and management theory.
