Culture of relations of education subjects as quality indicator of educational and scientific process design

The importance of the paper lies in the aggravated contradiction between the need to improve the quality of education and scientific process design in the universities and the lack of theoretical development of criteria for assessing the quality of educational process design in accordance with the new Federal State Educational Standards. One of the quality criteria described in the paper is the satisfaction of the subjects of educational and scientific process design by their cultural relations. The paper describes the features of the concept of «culture of relations» and the characteristics of its high level. The condition for increasing the cultural level of relations is suggested, which is the partnership relations of the subjects of educational and scientific process design.
