Culture of pedagogical communication - a social phenomenon

The article examines theoretical and methodological basis of the research of problems of culture of communication as a social phenomenon. Philosophical concepts of foreign and domestic scientists of the past relating to social functioning and interpersonal interaction of people today also are priority solutions of the problem of the formation of culture of pedagogical communication. The culture of pedagogical communication is considered as an integral part of the general culture of the teacher, the most important creative resource of higher education, subject of satisfaction of relationships of an individual with others, an important component of an effective professional activity. The article characterizes main parties of communion in the unity as an important condition for the optimization of peoples activities, where the culture acts as a leading component of success. Socially oriented pedagogical communication (lecture, report, oratorical speech), group, object-oriented communication (included to the learning and creative process), individual-centered communication - solve many problems, changing and developing, but one of the central remains - communicative problem.
