Cultural and historical aspect of definition of "gender stereotypes" in psychological pedagogical researches

The article deals with the problem of "gender stereotypes" definition in the cultural and historical aspect. The authors make an attempt to divide the concepts of "gender" and "gender stereotypes". The paper considers the main features of gender stereotypes in the context of educational psychology. The authors review the changes in the content of gender stereotypes in the cultural and historical space.
