Cultural space as the environment of interaction of cultural values

In the paper the problem of a single cultural space as an environment for interaction of cultural values. Cultural space as the focus of universal values, norms, motivation is an area of global, planetary culture, the author defines as the potential culture, containing an original algorithm of civilization development, conditioned by the interests of a person in his tribal entity. The author stresses that the uniting for cultural space are cultural values. Universal cultural values act as a social and cultural «integrante» actually uniting cultures of local civilizations, forming their spiritual unity.
