Saratov harmonica is widespread in Russian instrumental tradition of Volga region and among some other nations of Volga region nowadays. Its a semantic-bright element of the national culture. Saratov harmonica is very popular among Kazan («talyan-harmoon») and Astrakhan («saz») Tatars, Mordvins, nations of the Komi Republic («saratovka goodok»). The instrument has been inculcated into ceremonial forms of the other ethno-cultures, but conserved its own constructive singularity.
