Treatment of patellar congenital complete dislocation complicated by leg incomplete dislocation and the knee contracture

A case of the correction of patellar congenital complete dislocation in combination with that of leg posterior incomplete dislocation and the knee flexion-and-extension contracture. The sequence of actions proposed allowed to correct the leg incomplete dislocation, the knee flexion contracture, the patellar complete dislocation and improve the knee function.
