Lexical units of the realities nomination in the development of the national colour of the colonial India in the period of the East India company (based on the novel “The far pavilions” by M.M. Kaye)

The article deals with the lexical units of the nomination of the cultural and historical realities creating the specific national colour of the colonial India that is represented in the text of the novel “The Far Pavilions” by M.M. Kaye. There is demonstrated at the example of the empirical material that the nomination of the cultural realities in the fiction literature is used by the author as an expressive means, as the way of creating a national colour.
