Liberal educational idea for modern pedagogical science and practice

Authors connect problems of reforming of education in the world with global crisis of school education and allocate the main problems of Russian education. The problem of deficiency of public participation in management of education and need of updating of the theory of intra school management taking into account a new internal political situation in Russia is proved. New reading of the liberal educational idea developed by A.A. Pinsky is carried out on the basis of reconsideration of traditions of liberalism of J. Lock, J. Kong, S. Shugerman, R. Nozik. Results of public participation in education for pedagogical science and practice are designated.
