The personality of the social workers as the predicator of the social and psychological climate in the system of the social services

The article deals with the study of the influence of such personal characteristics of the social workers as adaptation, mutual help, mutual understanding, kindness in mutual relations, understanding and activity in supporting the friendly social and psychological climate in the collective. There are considered the peculiarities of the correlation of the emotional, behavioral and cognitive components of the social and psychological climate in the social service centers of people.
