Personality in the information and educational environment (social and philosophical analysis)

The authors consider the article in terms of personality forming in information-educational surroundings, distinguishing positive and negative aspects of personality development in modern Russia. Authors come to the conclusion that a personality in our country is in two spheres of reality - objective and virtual. The objective reality of the personality is ordered, informative impacts in it has some positive purpose. Virtual reality of the personality forms spontaneously that leads to such negative phenomena in the development of the personality as - allowing anonymity to show deviant behavior, loneliness, loss meaning of basic life values, gambling and development of consciousness rather than activities. They propose a set of measures to overcome the spontaneous formation of the virtual reality of the personality in order to implement its creative potential. They consider that the Russian government has formulated the policy goals of education and upbringing of the personality, achievement of which will implement the basic principles of modern educational surroundings and will help in development of personality.
