Personal characteristics of adolescents with destructive behavior

The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern society - the destructive behavior of adolescents. Destructive behavior is understood as behavior that is formed under the in uence of the social, family and cultural environment, aimed at the destruction of material things, accepted norms and rules, as well as causing harm to oneself and others. The results of a study of the personality characteristics of adolescents with destructive behavior (the level of self-esteem, aggressiveness, group cohesion, the type of group perception, aggression, character accentuations) are presented. It was revealed that a teenager with destructive behavior has inadequate self-esteem (overestimated or underestimated), a high level of aggressiveness (verbal, physical, object aggression), a low level of group cohesion, a pragmatic type of group perception and such types of accentuations as excitability, cyclothymic, anxiety and exaltation.
