Personality predicates of psychological safety in educational personnel

A considerable part of researches on psychological safety of different environments includes an assessment of subjective and objective properties during personality-environment interaction. This research investigates the personality predicates of psychological safety developed when evaluating personal, interpersonal properties, as well as satisfaction with the environment, environment’s insecurity and dysfunctionality, considering personal ability and readiness to perceive different factors of interconnection between personality and environment and respond to person-dependent and significant properties. The analysis was based on identifying personal, interpersonal, material and management characteristics of environment’s psychological safety, the evaluation of their significance, the possible mutual subject-environment influence according to the defined characteristics, the motivational readiness and the estimation of this interaction performance. From the standpoint of environment’s psychological safety, both personal characteristics conducing the balanced subjectivity and relating to the needs for self-implementation and interpersonal characteristics of social safety related to a high motivational readiness to influence the above-mentioned properties are considered the most important for educational personnel.
