The study presents the significant empirical findings related to the individual psychological characteristics being the personal resources of a teacher as well as the social and psychological indicators of experiencing a crisis in interpersonal relations by actors of the educational process. The author proves that personal resources are represented by the temperament properties, dominant mental state and mood, psychological stability of the personality which are determined by constructiveness/destructiveness of experiencing a crisis in interpersonal relations by actors of the educational process. The research describes modifications in interpersonal relations between actors of the educational process that are social and psychological indicators of experiencing a crisis in relationships. The indicator of experiencing a crisis in relationships implies harmonious/disharmonious interpersonal relations, involving the changing dominant types of interpersonal relations and the properties of the social and psychological distance among the actors of the educational process.
