Personal resources of the higher school instructor as the basis of his professional self-development

Professional self-development of higher school instructors in modern conditions is dominant and determines the content of their professional activities. This process is impossible without taking into account the personal resource of a higher school instructor. To identify the elements of the personal resource of higher school instructor theoretical works of our scientists were studied. After generalizing and interpreting the data obtained by the analysis, the types of personal resources of higher school instructors in professional self-development were identified. They are: professional and competence resource; value resource, personal resource, health-saving resource. The results of the study can be used in higher school to develop the recommendations on the management of human resources of the university, as well as to improve the skills of the faculty.
