Personal source of energy as the basis of human life

The man, as a unique representative of the living world, is characterized by a special combination of external and internal activities that he demonstrates while performing his vital functions. The subject of the article is the personal energy source of a man which is the inner source of his life. The author uses the methods of dialectical logic based on the analysis of the social scientists publications and generalized personal experience of relations with different categories of people. The definition of a personal source of energy of a man is given. The author's interpretation of human life as relationships with each other and with the environment is presented. The implementation of the relations is represented as a set of human social competence and the competence in self-realization. It is grounded that the personal source of energy is a specific property of the inner world, characterized by dynamic state of its transition from the latent state to the actual property of the inner world. The study can be used in pedagogy, psychology, education, psychotherapy, human resources management of an organization.
