Linguistic features of the gastronomical discourse

Linguistic features of the discourse are presented in this article as well as its definition and three ways of its studying are described here. Particularly, its detailed studying is directed to such discourse form as gastronomical one. Its functions and linguistic analysis (phonetic, grammatical, lexical and another aspects) by the pragmatic markers are also submitted. The examples are illustrated by English restaurant owner and broadcaster Jamie Oliver cookery show.
