M.A. Kuzmin and his creative method by the example of the translation of the poem “Don Juan” by G.G. Byron

The article deals with the specific features of the translation method of M.A. Kuzmin by the example of the poem “Don Juan” by G.G. Byron. There is suggested the unknown translation of the poem that is kept today in the Russian State Archive of Literature and Art to the specialists and the qualified readers. The author aims to reveal the reason why the work of M.A. Kuzmin wasn’t appreciated by the critics and remained unpublished.
