Labelling as one of the factors of food products quality control for healthy eating

The article carries out analysis of regulatory documents used for food value labelling and efficiency evaluation (health benefits) of food products for healthy eating. The paper identifies ways of assessing the nutritional value and effectiveness of the developed food product for indication of the obtained information in a labeling; offers a form of presentation of evidential base for the assessment of the developed food product effectiveness criterion.
