Mathematical model of grain material particles movement along separator tray using machine vision

Separators using machine vision are used to clean grain material from various impurities, in particular from impurities that differ from grain particles in size, color, shape, friction coefficient, etc. In order to substantiate parameters of the tray for processing grain from impurities, a mathematical model is developed describing movement of particles along the tray. The study considers mathematical description of various particles movement along the tray and presents operating principle of separator with machine vision. Particles differ in friction coefficient. In mathematical modeling, an expression is found calculating interval between particles that move along an inclined tray and taking into account difference in friction coefficients of particles, as well as tray length and angle.
