Mathematical model and program implementation for computing the greatest audience interest in the media project

The article describes the formula of interest in the media projects. On the basis of the formula, an optimization problem is set to develop а broadcasting plan providing the greatest interest in the media projects under the conditions of limited financial cost. A computer program to solve this optimization problem is described. The results of numerical experiments devoted to development of the optimal plan are presented.
