Media workshop as a pedagogical technology of interactive training

The main focus of the article is the analysis of the creative workshop technology in the system of additional education in the field of journalism and media. The importance of using media workshops is due to the focus on revealing a person's individuality, the development of creative abilities. Thus, they are most conducive to the mastery of creative skills, one of which is the media text, in the context of the personality-activity paradigm of education. The features of the implementation of 7 basic elements of teaching media skills in the framework of the HSE media workshop are considered. The conclusion is made that the active usage of interactive technologies contributes to the successful implementation of media workshops (work in small groups, business games, online polls, modeling technology, et al). In the period of the coronavirus pandemic, when teaching is carried out using distance learning technologies (DOT), this allows the teacher more accurately estimate and modify the pattern of learners' appropriation of media skills.
