Mediapedagogical complexes of the Sverdlovsk region : the stages of formation and experience of institutionalizing

The article presents the stages of development of media education in the system of state and non-state education of the Sverdlovsk region in the framework of the author's media pedagogical complexes (AMPС). This complexes were created on the basis of the informational television and educational programs , "Hour of the Palace" and "The tuning-fork "and professional educational training program "Fundamentals of the media pedagogy", which was work out on the basis of conceptual perception of unique experience of AMPС ("The regional center of media education" and "Hour of the Palace"). Today it became a strategic vector of the media pedagogical complex "Country of Media Competent Citizens".
