The article substantiates the need to form an educational organization that educates the media environment from the point of view of the psychology of the personality of an adolescent. The author describes the distinctive features of the self-developing upbringing media environment. Indicates the difficulties and problems in its formation, in particular, the little-studied problem of the reference of the teacher.
