The article is devoted to the problem of capitalization management with the help of balanced system of indicators. The authors consider the basic preconditions for companies to switch to the cost-oriented management, formulate the main points of formation of the concept of cost-oriented management of capitalization with application of the balanced system of indicators. In the article the authors work out the model of integration of cost-oriented management and balanced system of indicators that helps to increase the capitalization of the test subject.
