The aim was to evaluate the nature of atherosclerotic remodeling and to study the main parameters of hemostasis and markers of endothelial dysfunction for clarifying the clinical and hemodynamic and metabolic mechanisms of pathogenesis in patients with high vascular risk with multifocal atherosclerosis in the conditions of the Regional Vascular Center in Ufa.Materials and methods: Patients were divided into 3 clusters according to the clinical manifestation of atherosclerotic lesions of the heart, brain and arteries of thelower limbs, coronary angiography confirmed, ultrasound doppleroscopy of the arteries of the head and lower limbs. Determination of ET-1, ffV and protein C in the blood with the help of ELISA was performed by all the examined MFA patients who underwent CAG, UAS of the MAG and lower extremities. The hemostasis system was studied by the instrumental method of hemocoagulography. Results: We found that in women of the 1st cluster of the middle age group, hemodynamically significant remodeling of the common femoral arteries with ATP presence in combination with lesion of the branches of the left coronary artery, associated with a high level of RFMC, was more often detected...
