Anxiety-phobic disorders (TFD) were reproduced in sexually mature male Wistar rats using the predatory chronic stress model. The main signs defining TFR were identified by the results of the behavioral test “Raised cruciform maze” (PCL). In TFR, an increase in serum triiodothyronine concentration, the level of lipid peroxidation and the concentration of ketone products of oxidative modification of proteins, as well as a tendency to decrease the concentration of aldehyde products of oxidative modification of proteins in the thyroid gland, was found. With intraperitoneal administration of resveratrol at a concentration of 20 mg / kg, a decrease in the anxiety index (I.T.) was recorded, however, a number of side effects were observed in the form of increased lipid peroxidation products and oxidative protein modification. The results of the study are of practical and theoretical interest in the correction of anxiety-phobic disorders and the study of the mechanisms of action of resveratrol.
