Бесплатный доступ

The article covers a new methodological mentoring system called "teacher-teacher". Teacher support includes a series of activities in the format of laboratory work on various aspects of methodological activities. The laboratory work is aimed at identifying methodological deficiencies, improving professional competence, and establishing effective interaction between the mentor and mentee. The mentoring model consists of seven laboratory works that mentor and mentee teams carry out throughout the academic year. The content of the laboratory work includes: preparing a creative work plan for "teacher-teacher", systematizing lesson methodology, applying original teaching methods and developing authoring ones, as well as developing teachers' creative thinking, reducing teachers’ emotional overload, and self-reflection. The result of the seven-laboratory works will be the creation of conditions for the actualization and implementation of the teacher's ability for conscious, purposeful and professional, and personal development, readiness for innovation, and the creation of an individual pedagogical system.
