The article deals with the basic methodological principles of problem approach. It proves the necessity of constructing a problem methodological model for the training system. The system assists the teacher in structuring their activity and developing new ways of schoolchildren activity management by means of the system of three interrelated problem solving tasks: mathematical, educational and methodological.
