Th article deals with the way of solving the tasks of the evaluation of the level of the competencies development in teaching the specialists of armaments and military and special purpose equipment. There are developed the teaching methods of the evaluation of the level of the competencies’ development in teaching process, there are defined the quantitative meanings of the indicators of the level of the professional and personal competence of the military specialists of armaments and military and special purpose equipment.
