The article proofs the necessity of a new method which would allow assessing the efficiency of enterprise management processes using a comoplex of IDEF0 and SNW analysis methods, the chi-square goodness-of-fit criterion, based on the results of analysis of publication activity regarding scientific papers considering theoretical and practical aspects of applying the process approach in different areas of knowledge. According to the assessment results, the method presumes an action targeted at development of management decisions, as well as at enhancement of the efficiency of management processes’ implementation and their investment analysis for usability justification. The method was tested at an enterprise of the sphere of service, the Hotel Meliot LLC. In order to get prepared for the research, the hotel’s managerial processes were visualized using the IDEF0 method of functional simulation by the means of BPwin. Assessment of strategic positions of management processes were evaluated through an SNW analysis with the use of E. Harrington’s verbal numeric scale. In order to confirm the compliance of the obtained expert assessments, the chi-square criterion was used in the research. Taking into account an insignificant error, all obtained assessments have met the requirements of this criterion at a high level of statistical significance. According to the research results, problems were formulated in the conclusion of the article together with their solutions in order to enhance the efficiency of implementation of managerial processes at Hotel Meliot LLC in the prospect of its medium-term development. Applicability of the solutions was proved using an investment analysis.
