The technique of magnetic resonance T2* perfusion has great potential in evaluating the effectiveness of glioblastoma treatment. It allows noninvasively examining the cerebral circulation and the nature of blood supply to the tumor both at the initial stage of diagnosis and during subsequent monitoring of the results of chemoradiotherapy. This significantly increases the diagnostic value of MRI with PVI compared to the standard examination protocol. The article presents methodological recommendations intended for the practical activities of radiologists, radiologists, oncologists, and X-ray technicians in the work of diagnostic departments of oncological and general medical institutions.
