Methods of developing students' power abilities through independent work

The article discusses the method of developing strength abilities in students with a list of the main methods, defines the concept of muscle strength, notes that with the help of power load, you can reduce excess fat part of the body, strengthen body tissues, improve posture and increase muscle tone. The influence of power loads on the main human life support systems, cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive, is described. A study was conducted to study the development of strength abilities in students through independent work. the objectives of the study are defined: to identify whether it is possible to develop strength abilities in students through independent work, an experiment was conducted on students of perm state technical university, the results were evaluated, final conclusions were formulated, and some recommendations were given.
