Methodological basis for studying the problem of developing students’ social and informational intelligence: theoretical and methodological strategy

The article analyzes the main provisions of the cybernetic and axiological approaches as components of the theoretical and methodological strategy for studying the problem of developing students' social and informational intelligence. The relevance of the problem under consideration is determined by the characteristic features of the information society, which are reflected in strategic documents. The methodological basis for studying the problem of developing students' social and informational intelligence is represented by the following levels: philosophical (dialectical and pragmatic approaches), general scientific basis (systemenvironmental, homeostatic, polyparadigmatic approaches), theoretical and methodological strategy (cybernetic, axiological approaches), practice-oriented tactics (personal-activity approach). The significance of the cybernetic and axiological approaches for studying the problem under consideration is determined. It is revealed that the cybernetic approach is the basis for constructing a set of models within the framework of constructing the development of students' social and informational intelligence, the axiological approach allows us to determine the main values of modern society and the directions of their development in students.
